Wheaton won two categories in the HR First Class Award, one of the main awards for HR Heads in Brazil

Wheaton was a finalist in the categories “Internal Communication, Sustainability Practices (ESG)” and “HR Head”, winning in both, with the case of the Family School and the management of our Human Resources Manager, Dener Goudinho, respectively.

“It is an honor and a privilege to be awarded in this event of the highest relevance. This award reinforces our commitment to offer a more humanized and quality education to our professionals’ children from early childhood on”, said Dener Goudinho.

The Family School is a non-profit project of the Wheaton Group, inaugurated in January 2020. Its proposal is to offer organic food and Waldorf teaching methodology to the 50 children from 0 to 5 years old who attend the School, in addition to activities with their families.

The School is a large house, with spaces and furniture designed and built especially for this purpose, with specialized pedagogues and teachers, which also counts on Wheaton employees who applied and were trained throughout a year to collaborate in this project.
