Corporate Social Responsibility

  1. Child Labor No person below the age legally stipulated by law may work at the company. Proof of age must be presented before employees can be hired.
  2. Forced Labor The company will only hire employees who want the job of their own free will.
  3. Non-Discrimination Discrimination and prejudice are behaviors that the company does not tolerate.
    With this in mind, we encourage the following practices:
    a) Promote well-being for everyone, without prejudice regarding origin, race, social order, nationality, religion, physical disability, sex, sexual orientation, participation in trade unions, political affiliation, color or age.
    b) Respecting individual differences, always dealing fairly with colleagues and superiors.
  4. Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining The company allows its employees to choose their own representatives and guarantees that they will not be subject to discrimination, harassment or intimidation because they are members of a union or guild.
  5. Fraud, bribery and corruption Unlawful practices such as the ones below are unacceptable and subject to legal action:
    a) Offering benefits, help through cost or payments of any kind to our employees, public agents or individuals in order to obtain an unfair advantage.
    b) Falsifying documents, brands or products.
    c) Involvement in activities and illegal conducts, such as tax evasion, smuggling, bribery, and others.
  6. Moral and Sexual Harassment Moral or sexual harassment involving any conduct that adversely affects work performance, which denigrates the dignity of any person or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment will not be tolerated.
