New Logistics Structure: technology, efficiency, and sustainability at scale

Wheaton expands its operational capacity with the implementation of a new logistics structure, developed to raise standards of efficiency, innovation, and sustainability throughout the distribution chain.

With over 21,000 m² of floor space and capacity for more than 50,000 pallet positions, the new warehouse strengthens storage management and expands the capacity to serve domestic and international markets. The structure was designed to ensure greater fluidity in processes, strategic organization of inventories, and agility in product handling.

The space has 14 shipping docks, providing greater precision and dynamism in loading and distribution operations. The incorporation of new management and logistics automation technologies reinforces operational control, traceability, and information security, promoting more assertive decision-making and greater predictability in deliveries.

In line with best environmental practices, the operation uses 100% electric forklifts powered by lithium batteries, reducing emissions and optimizing energy resources. The initiative is part of Wheaton’s ongoing commitment to more sustainable and responsible operations.

Designed to connect technology, sustainability, and operational excellence, the new structure represents another strategic step in strengthening the company’s infrastructure. From glass to delivery, every move is planned to ensure quality, efficiency, and high logistical performance.

With this investment, Wheaton reaffirms its position as a global benchmark in the development and supply of glass packaging for the Perfumery, Cosmetics, and Pharmaceutical segments, consolidating an increasingly integrated, technological, and future-ready operation.
