Our “Olimpíadas Wheaton” project highlighted creativity and engagement by promoting our new organizational values in a playful and interactive way. Inspired by the Olympic Games, we used gamification, multichannel communication, and our mascot Sr. Vidrinho to strengthen our internal culture.
Dener Goudinho (HR Manager) and Gisele Fernandes (HR Supervisor) represented Wheaton at the ceremony and received the award on behalf of all employees.
