Since 2020, we have reinforced this vision with the Bridges Project, an initiative that brings our professionals closer to our customers, providing an immersive experience that broadens their understanding of the real value of the products and services we deliver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The name Pontes symbolizes exactly what we seek: connection, collaboration and the exchange of knowledge. In a world where quality should not be seen as a barrier or the responsibility of a single sector, but rather as a collective commitment, we build bridges between clients and suppliers, industry and experience, processes and purpose.<br><br>We regularly select professionals from different areas to visit our clients and get to know their processes, challenges and expectations. This experience allows them to see the impact of their work in practice, understand the importance of excellence and bring new insights to share internally. Each visit strengthens our commitment to synergy, empathy and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today we held the 6th edition of the Bridges Project, with our professionals visiting Natura.
