ALWAYS GUIDING OUR ACTIVITIES BY THE BASIC VALUES OF ETHICS, TRANSPARENCY, AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, WE ADOPT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS FROM THE SA 8000 STANDARD AS OUR REFERENCE:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Child Labor<\/strong>
    No person under the locally legal minimum working age may be employed by the company. Documentation verifying age must be provided before hiring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Forced Labor<\/strong>
    The company will employ only those who willingly seek employment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Non-Discrimination<\/strong>
    Discrimination and prejudice are not tolerated in our company. To promote equality, we uphold the following practices:\n
      \n
    • Promote the well-being of all, without prejudice based on origin, race, social class, nationality, religion, physical disability, gender, sexual orientation, union membership, political affiliation, color, or age.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Respect individual differences, treating colleagues and supervisors fairly and ethically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining<\/strong>
      The company allows employees to choose their own representatives and ensures they are not subject to discrimination, harassment, or intimidation due to union or organizational membership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fraud, Bribery, and Corruption<\/strong>
      Unlawful conduct such as the following is unacceptable and subject to legal action:\n

      • Offering benefits, financial support, or payments of any kind to employees, public officials, or private parties to gain undue advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Falsifying documents, trademarks, or products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Engaging in illegal activities, including tax evasion, smuggling, and bribery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Moral and Sexual Harassment<\/strong>
        Any form of moral or sexual harassment that negatively affects job performance, undermines the dignity of any person, or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment will not be tolerated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
